Culinary archive experience for Casa Lollo
Themed dinner & Installation arrangement


For the Casa Lollo Curated Residency 2025, I propose a culinary- archival project that explores the house's forgotten stories through taste, conversation, and ephemeral food-based sculpture. Observe into Casa Lollo's fragmented stories, kept recipes/archive texts and letters, textiles, books/ postcards, conversations, rituals & seasonal rhythms from the local communities. Through seasonal produce together with the foraged wild plants & flowers in the area, I would like to reimagine an edible sculpture/ installation with vintage in-house objects that reflects and echoes the long forgotten stories of Casa Lollo's archive to relive the house's memoirs. Edible sculpture acts as a multi sensory & participatory platform to share the untold stories and connect the present artistic community with Casa Carlotta's legacy.
