Mixology in collaboration with a-n-d-studio

Assisting a-n-d studio in lecture on Creative industry and eating, Experience design and Mixology workshop for sommelier students in hospitality, culinary arts and meal science class, Department of Restaurant and Culinary Arts, Örebro University, Campus Grythyttan.

The workshop led participants to an overview of food culture and potential interplay between gastronomy and creative prospect. Sommelier students were invited to choose 3 ingredients of food to pair with different kinds of wine, many alternatives of sensorial dimension were explored and exchanged in dialogues. This mixology enhanced sommelier's sensory experiences and offered the new way to perceive culinary scenes within creative prospect.
